Westfield Office Building
Located in West Des Moines, Iowa, Westfield is a state of the art 223,000 square foot office building. It is designed to be multi-tenanted with high end amenities throughout including multi-purpose rooms, shared conference rooms, rooftop patio, and exterior event spaces with fountains.
Waterford Office Building
Located in Omaha, Nebraska, Waterford is a sister building to the Westfield building and has the same amenities. Constructed during the covid epidemic, improvements were made to make this building a healthy building including HEPA filtration, touchless entries to lobbies and restrooms and added outdoor amenities for a healthier experiences.
Paradigm Office Building
Located in Urbandale, Iowa, the Paradigm Office building was constructed in two phases to allow for absorption. The building is approximatley 75,000 square feet and provides rooftop patio amenities and a spacious lobby. The connection allows for tenant expansion and the ultimate flexibility.
MD West One Medical Office Building
MD West One is a 40,000 medical office building located in Omaha, Nebraska. This particular project was a building to suite but designed to allow for expansion and reuse as standard office. This project was highly collaborative with the end user.
